  • Workers: Diversity and inclusion of staff members, volunteering practices, compensation, culture indicators, and fair and healthy labour practices throughout the business.

  • Environment: This relates to how the company has injected sustainability into their business model, carbon footprint, environmental impact, and measurement of this impact.

  • Customers: This accounts for how the business is centered around their customer base, measurement of customer satisfaction, as well as who the company works with and for.

This certification needs to be renewed every 3 years and the company needs a minimum score of 80 (out of 200) of which the following will be taken into consideration:

This process takes an average of 4-6 months according to the company size and therefore, the company is required to be fully prepped and prepared for this commitment.
