A Fintech startup needed assistance with their US GAAP financial statements for a review and audit readiness to obtain regulatory approval and required SOPs.
THE SOLUTION
We offered a part-time CFO who handled the review of the trial balance and general ledger, financial records and transactions, ensured all records were accurate, provided a new financial model, liaised with auditors and developed a new policy and procedures manual.
RESULT
The audit went smoothly and all the requirements went filed in time. Additionally, the policy and procedures manual is currently being used by the finance department thereby showcasing a smooth transition through all processes.
